Job Description
Dicetek LLC is seeking a Data Collection Officer to supervise field operations and ensure accurate and efficient data collection. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing field teams, monitoring their performance, and ensuring proper implementation of technical guidance and instructions. This role involves daily follow-up, auditing data, and maintaining quality standards across all field activities.
Key Responsibilities
Attend theoretical and practical training programs and pass final assessments
Supervise field participants and ensure compliance with technical instructions
Verify uniforms, identification cards, and tablets before and during fieldwork
Receive and distribute samples to field participants
Define operational areas and divide work among field teams efficiently
Ensure survey tools are available and used correctly
Monitor field researchers’ access to target families and data collection
Review and resolve challenges encountered by field teams
Conduct field audits of at least 10% of each participant’s work
Verify authenticity and completeness of collected data
Follow up on schedules and daily productivity of field participants
Submit periodic reports and recommendations to supervisors

Strong communication and presentation skills
