Job Description
Huda Beauty is seeking a Direct Purchasing Executive to manage procurement processes that align with business objectives and industry best practices. This role is essential for driving sourcing efficiency, supplier performance, and cost optimization, while supporting the company’s mission to deliver high-quality beauty products globally.
Key Responsibilities
Execute end-to-end procurement activities in line with company goals and compliance standards
Source and evaluate new and existing suppliers, maintaining strong relationships
Send RFI/RFQs, analyze quotations, and prepare detailed cost assessments
Negotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and payment terms with suppliers
Implement strategic sourcing initiatives, cost-saving strategies, and procurement data management
Develop and refine purchasing strategies to meet evolving business needs
Resolve supply chain issues proactively to minimize operational disruptions
Prepare purchase reports including cost analysis and market trends
Monitor and evaluate supplier performance for quality, delivery, and competitiveness
Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill procurement requirements
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, contracts, and supplier data
Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in sourcing and manufacturing
Strong vendor sourcing, evaluation, and negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills for financial reporting and cost analysis
Proactive problem-solving attitude, organized, detail-oriented
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
