Job Description
Visit.org is seeking a passionate and energetic Freelance In-Person Event Host in Dubai, UAE, to join our Events team on a contract basis. The Event Host will facilitate interactive social impact experiences for corporate partners, engaging participants and supporting nonprofits during in-person events. This is an opportunity for individuals with stage experience or strong public speaking skills to positively impact local communities while contributing to a dynamic start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities
Host and facilitate team-building, social impact, and corporate events
Welcome, engage, and inspire participants during events
Support nonprofits in organizing and running in-person activities
Maintain energy, positivity, and flow throughout the events
Handle unexpected situations and problem-solve on the spot
Ensure excellent customer service and participant experience
Qualifications
Fluent in English
Based in Dubai, UAE
Available to work on a per-event contract basis
Comfortable interacting with groups and individuals
Charismatic, energetic, and engaging personality
Background in acting, comedy, improv, or similar is a bonus
Experience with group facilitation and managing group dynamics
Strong public speaking and presentation skills
Positive attitude, quick thinker, and problem-solving ability

Contract role per event, on location in Dubai
Candidates must already be based in Dubai (no relocation offered)
