Job Description
First Abu Dhabi Bank is hiring a Virtual Customer Service Executive for an Emiratized role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring an excellent end-to-end customer experience while maintaining the bank’s quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Attend incoming customer calls and provide accurate product and service information
Handle and resolve customer complaints within approved authority limits
Escalate issues as per defined processes when required
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable FAB products and services
Generate leads and upsell banking products
Maintain and update customer records, service requests, and complaints
Ensure confidentiality of customer data and bank information
Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and local regulations
Meet service level targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction scores
Demonstrate flexibility with shift schedules and assigned tasks
Qualifications
High School certificate
Experience
0 to 2 years of relevant experience in the banking or customer service sector
Skills and Competencies
Strong customer service orientation
Product and service knowledge
Problem-solving and quality focus
Excellent listening and phone handling skills
Good documentation skills
Fluent in English and Arabic
